I was a little concerned over a number of negative comments published however I need not have worried. My car was returned to me having been cleaned inside and out and the repairs carried out to a professional standard. The staff were always polite and helpful and I was kept informed as to how the repairs were progressing. I can only say that on the basis of my experience I would certainly recommend them.

Appalling service. My insurance company insisted that I use this garage, and I have had nothing but trouble with them over the last year trying to get a rear bumper fitted, with parking sensors. Firstly it was (eventually) "repaired", but didn't work. Then it transpired that the wrong part was fitted, and it took them a very long time to rectify this. Then cables were found dangling from the back. When "fixed", a week later, more cables dangling! Customer service treated more as an annoyance than as a customer, and the mechanics at the he garage clearly don't care about the service they offer. Avoid at all costs!

After looking at the reviews I must say I was concerned. The insurance company insisted I used this company, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the receptionists very friendly and welcoming they were also very professional. I was kept informed throughout (over the Christmas period) and they were there at the end of the phone if I had any queries. Thank you so much for giving my car back not only fixed but clean inside and out.
