I recently spent £470 on a Hewlett-Packard PC in the Crawley branch. Imagine my frustration when it packed up after only 2 days use. After the telephone 'Know How' people couldn't sort the problem I was advised to take it back into the Crawley branch, whereupon I was dealt with by the most miserable, unhelpful woman you could ever meet. When she told me it would take up to 28 days to fix my brand-new machine I naturally aired my discontent ! As I felt I was getting nowhere with this woman I asked to see the manager and lo and behold she told me she was the Know How manager. She took great delight in telling me they were only obliged to sort it within 28 days – so they would rather use a legal maximum as their 'safety net' than give true customer service and actually try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Frankly, I will never buy anything from this festering turd of a company ever again ! At least it has helped me make the decision between an iMac and a PC in the future – I will certainly buy an iMac and will do so directly from an Apple Store where I can at least expect a decent standard of customer service !

Huge shop with almost everything you could want in a space where you can see and touch it. Not much more expensive than online for big ticket items but don't buy cables or connectors here.

Most of the people working there we either unhelpful or didn't know much about what they were selling. When a popular product was not on display, I was bounced around for a long time till I could speak to someone who knew something. Even then the person didn't know much. The store is nice and big and offers a lot of products. However, customer service and the representatives knowledge let the store down.
