Absolutely dreadful. Had acrylics done last weekend and within a week the nails started peeling off. They left gaps between my actual nail and the nail tip which looked horrific. On top of that they cut into my cuticles. I was charged 30 pounds for this even though i was told it would be 25. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place is not worth even 1 star

Horrible!!! Had me 'HD' brows done there, the tint was messy around my brows, paid around £20 for this. I usually do HD brows myself, but wanted to treat myself from a 'professional' beauty therapist. It was very bad. Just left disappointed. They once also charged me 7 pounds for eyebrow waxing, despite their price list saying 6 pounds. Also, the signs on the walls - 'no refunds' are just shocking. Won't be going there again.

I have been many times to have my nails done and brows , I have always found the staff to be pleasant and professional, even when thay are busy you are always iv never waited long . Iv always been pleased with service iv recieved, I would and do highly recommended to my friends and family .
